Development Associate
Alesha is a passionate professional with a diverse background in hospitality, development, and culinary arts. She graduated from Middlesex County College with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, a decision that was fueled by her love for hospitality and service. She spent ten years as a Chef, honing her culinary skills and creativity. This ignited her passion for food and taught her the importance of teamwork, precision, and the joy of presenting beautiful dishes that tell a story.
She spent another ten years as an Executive Assistant, developing a strong foundation in organizational skills, communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning, which she now applies in my current role to support development efforts and drive successful outcomes. For the past three years, she has proudly served as a Development Associate, where she has combined her extensive experience in project management with her commitment to driving impactful initiatives.
Beyond her professional achievements, Alesha is a proud wife and mother of three incredible children. Her family is her greatest joy, and they inspire her every day to strive for excellence both at work and at home.
