Pastoral Consultant
Palma Anton is part-time consultant with the RENEW Pastoral Services team, accompanying parishes in building small Christian communities and leadership training as well as developing program content and offering webinars.
Palma came to RENEW with extensive experience in small-group leadership, as well as in developing and leading retreats. She has been a spiritual director for nine years and has served as the Chair of the Spiritual Direction Ministry Team at the Shrine of Saint Joseph in Stirling, NJ since 2019, where she continues to offer spiritual direction.
Palma has a Master’s Degree in Pastoral Ministry and a Certificate in Catholic Evangelization from Immaculate Conception Seminary and School of Theology at Seton Hall University. She is married with two young adult children.
