Spiritual Advisor
Sr. Honora is retired though continues to volunteer at RENEW Intl. where she is the Spiritual Advisor to the President; she is also the Coordinator of Laudato Si’ for her congregation.
Before joining RENEW, Honora ministered in Brooklyn, Queens, Seattle, and Southampton, with brief adventures in South America, Central America and South Africa. Honora brings insights from her roles as an elementary school principal, diocesan superintendent, pastoral associate, and founder of an international ministry volunteer program.
She holds the degrees: Post Masters in spiritual direction from Seattle University, Master of Arts in moral theology from St. John’s University and master’s in administration and Supervision from Pace University. In her free time, you can find Sr. Honora reading, visiting family and friends, baking, or gardening. Because she enjoys learning about various cultures and religious beliefs, she loves travelling and taking on new experiences.
